    Refund & Return Policy

    Last updated: May 30, 2026

Ragna.gg is a marketplace for digital gaming goods and services — accounts, in-game currency, top-ups, gift cards, items, and boosting. Because every purchase is digital and typically delivered instantly, the rules below explain when refunds are available, how our escrow protects you, and how disputes are resolved.

This Refund & Return Policy supplements our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control. Ragna.gg is operated by NOFINTO LLC (St. Petersburg, FL, United States).

    1. Nature of Digital Goods

All items sold on Ragna.gg are digital, intangible, and generally delivered immediately after payment. Once digital content (credentials, codes, currency, items, or boosting work) has been delivered and accessed, it cannot be physically "returned." Refunds, where available, are issued as monetary refunds to your original payment method or wallet — not as product returns.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately and that any statutory "cooling-off" or right of withdrawal for digital content that would normally apply may not apply once delivery has started, to the extent permitted by your local law (including the EU/UK exception for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent).

    2. How Escrow Protects You

Ragna.gg uses an escrow system on every transaction:

    • When you pay, your funds are held by Ragna.gg — they are NOT released to the seller immediately.
    • After the seller delivers, you have an opportunity to verify the item, account, code, or service.
    • If you confirm delivery, funds are released to the seller.
    • If you do nothing, funds are auto-released to the seller 3 days after delivery.
    • If you open a dispute before auto-release, the 3-day timer is paused and the chatroom is locked while the case is reviewed.

This means that the moment to inspect what you received and raise any issue is before the 3-day auto-release window expires.

    3. When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a refund through the order chatroom when any of the following applies:

    • The item was not delivered at all.
    • The credentials, code, or content you received do not work, are invalid, or were already used.
    • The delivered item does not match what was advertised in the listing.
    • An account was recovered, locked, or banned by the publisher shortly after delivery for reasons attributable to the seller.
    • A boosting service was not started or completed as described.

Requests should be submitted before the 3-day auto-release window closes. Once funds have been released to the seller, refund options become significantly more limited and may only be available at Ragna's discretion or via a chargeback through your payment provider.

    4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will generally not be granted in cases such as:

    • Buyer's remorse or a change of mind after delivery.
    • Failure to read the listing description, region, platform, or delivery method.
    • Account suspensions, bans, or losses caused by the buyer's actions after delivery (e.g. changing credentials incorrectly, using cheats, sharing access, violating publisher terms).
    • Loss of access caused by the buyer failing to secure the account (e.g. not changing the password, not enabling 2FA where applicable).
    • Disputes opened after the 3-day auto-release window has closed and funds have been paid out.
    • Items consumed, used, redeemed, or transferred onward after delivery.
    • Buyer requests outside the original order chatroom (we cannot process refunds initiated by email or social media).

    5. How to Open a Dispute or Refund Request

    1. 1.Go to the order chatroom for the purchase in question (Dashboard → Chatrooms, or the chatroom that opened when you paid).
    2. 2.Use the in-chat option to open a dispute or request a refund. This automatically pauses the 3-day auto-release timer and locks the chatroom while review is in progress.
    3. 3.Share clear evidence: screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, dates/times, and any communication with the seller.
    4. 4.Wait for Ragna's support team to review. We may contact you or the seller for additional information.

Opening a dispute does not by itself guarantee a refund — it triggers a review based on the evidence and the listing terms.

    6. Review and Resolution Timing

We aim to review disputes promptly, but complex cases (e.g. account recovery claims, boosting disputes, or cases that require publisher verification) can take additional time. While a dispute is open:

    • The 3-day auto-release timer is frozen.
    • The chatroom is locked to preserve the record.
    • Affected seller balances tied to the disputed order may be frozen until the case is resolved.

Outcomes may include: full refund to the buyer, partial refund, release of funds to the seller, replacement delivery (if the seller offers it and the buyer accepts), or, where appropriate, no action.

    7. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout, or — when that is not feasible — credited to your Ragna wallet balance. Once we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank and is outside Ragna's control. Network fees, currency conversion losses, or third-party processor fees are non-recoverable to the extent permitted by law.

    8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage buyers to open a dispute inside the platform first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting Ragna or while a dispute is already open may:

    • delay or prevent a faster in-platform refund,
    • result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your Ragna account,
    • limit your ability to purchase on Ragna in the future.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be contested with the payment network and may be reported.

    9. Sellers: Refund Obligations

Sellers are responsible for delivering exactly what is described in their listing. If a delivery fails, is incorrect, or breaches the listing terms, the seller is expected to cooperate with the dispute process. Repeated refund disputes, high refund rates, or evidence of misrepresentation may result in listing removal, balance freezing, or account suspension under our Terms of Service.

    10. Non-Refundable Services

Certain platform services — such as listing boosts, featured placements, or other promotional add-ons purchased by sellers — are generally non-refundable once the placement period has begun, except where required by law or where Ragna failed to provide the service.

    11. Taxes

Prices shown on Ragna do not include taxes, duties, or government charges unless explicitly stated otherwise on the listing or at checkout. Buyers are solely responsible for any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, customs duty, or similar charge that may apply to their purchase in their country or jurisdiction of residence. Ragna does not currently calculate, collect, or remit such taxes on your behalf. Ragna may update its checkout process in the future to calculate and collect applicable taxes where required by law, and any such change will be reflected on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
