Ragna.gg ("Ragna," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by NOFINTO LLC, a company organized in Florida, United States, with a business address at 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33702, United States.

Ragna.gg operates an online marketplace that enables users to list, buy, sell, and manage certain gaming-related digital products and services. Ragna.gg provides the marketplace infrastructure, payment flows, support tools, and dispute handling systems used to facilitate transactions between users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ragna.gg is not the owner of user-listed products and does not create, manufacture, or control listings posted by sellers.

Ragna.gg may permit listings and transactions involving categories such as:

• game accounts
• virtual currency
• digital items
• gift cards and top-ups
• boosting or coaching-related services
• other digital gaming-related services approved by Ragna.gg

Ragna.gg may add, remove, restrict, or suspend categories, products, features, games, or services at any time.

You may use the Platform only if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
• you are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law;
• you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned or restricted person, entity, or jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be unlawful; and
• all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Ragna.gg is not directed to anyone under 18. We may request proof of identity, age, ownership, business status, or authority to act on behalf of an entity, and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activity that occurs under your account;
• keeping your contact, payout, and identity information accurate and current; and
• promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

You may not transfer, sell, lend, or assign your Ragna.gg account without our written permission.

Ragna.gg provides a venue and transaction infrastructure for buyers and sellers. Except where clearly stated otherwise, Ragna.gg is not a party to the underlying transaction between users.

We may facilitate payment collection, temporary holding of funds, order management, evidence collection, messaging, and dispute review. These actions do not make us the owner, seller, reseller, publisher, developer, or guarantor of user-listed products or services.

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, delivery, and compliance. By posting a listing, a seller represents and warrants that:

• the listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• the seller has the legal right and practical ability to deliver what is listed;
• the listing does not violate applicable law, contractual restrictions, third-party rights, or our policies;
• the item or service is not stolen, fraudulently obtained, hacked, botted, duplicated, or otherwise unauthorized;
• all delivery terms, requirements, and limitations are clearly disclosed; and
• the seller will complete the order within the stated delivery time unless prevented by legitimate circumstances.

Sellers must promptly update or remove listings that are no longer valid or available.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchase. By placing an order, a buyer agrees that:

• they have read and understood the listing;
• they will provide any required delivery information accurately and promptly;
• they will cooperate reasonably during the delivery and order confirmation process;
• they will not misuse the dispute process or payment chargeback process; and
• they will not attempt to obtain goods or services without valid payment.

You may not use Ragna.gg to:

• engage in fraud, deception, chargeback abuse, or payment abuse;
• list or deliver stolen, counterfeit, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained products;
• upload false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• distribute malware, automated scraping tools, or code intended to disrupt the Platform;
• bypass, interfere with, or undermine Platform security, reputation systems, or dispute systems;
• solicit users to complete transactions off-platform in order to avoid fees, reviews, moderation, or protections;
• engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity;
• sell cheats, hacks, exploits, botted services, or any other prohibited game-related tools or services;
• impersonate another person or entity; or
• otherwise use the Platform in a way that creates risk or liability for Ragna.gg or other users.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action without prior notice.

Certain categories or transactions may require enhanced review, identity checks, proof of ownership, source-of-funds information, manual approval, or additional supporting documentation.

Ragna.gg may refuse, suspend, remove, or limit any listing, order, payout, or account if we believe a transaction presents elevated fraud, legal, reputational, operational, or payment-processing risk.

When a buyer places an order, the buyer authorizes payment through the payment methods and processors made available on the Platform.

Ragna.gg uses Stripe as its payment processor for buyer payments. Card processing, authentication, fraud screening, and related financial operations are handled by Stripe under its own terms, policies, and compliance requirements. Seller payouts are processed separately by Ragna.gg (see Section 12).

Ragna.gg may:

• facilitate payment collection through supported payment providers;
• temporarily reflect pending, processing, held, in-escrow, or completed order states on the Platform;
• deduct applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, or offsets where permitted; and
• credit eligible amounts to a seller's Ragna.gg balance after order completion and eligibility checks, which the seller may then request to withdraw under Section 12.

Funds for an order are held in escrow on the Platform until the order is completed. An order may be considered completed when the buyer confirms delivery, when delivery is auto-confirmed after 3 days with no buyer action or open dispute, or when the order is otherwise resolved under the dispute process. Opening a dispute pauses the auto-release timer and locks the related chatroom until the dispute is resolved.

Ragna.gg may charge fees to buyers, sellers, or both, including transaction fees, service fees, withdrawal fees, conversion fees, reserve deductions, paid promotional or boosting features (such as listing boosts or featured placement), or other fees disclosed on the Platform.

We may update fees from time to time by posting revised fee information on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

Seller payouts are subject to eligibility, verification, fraud review, payment processor rules, sanctions screening, and technical availability.

Seller payouts on Ragna.gg are processed manually by Ragna.gg administrators. Sellers may request withdrawals from their Ragna.gg balance, and we currently support payout via Wise, Payoneer, and bank transfer. Available payout methods, minimum amounts, fees, processing times, and supported jurisdictions may change at any time and may also be limited or delayed by the underlying providers (e.g. Wise, Payoneer, banking partners) under their own terms and compliance requirements.

We may delay, withhold, reverse, or offset payouts where reasonably necessary to:

• investigate fraud or suspicious activity;
• address disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or policy violations;
• comply with law, court orders, regulator requests, or payment processor requirements; or
• mitigate financial, operational, or reputational risk.

While a seller is involved in an open dispute, related amounts in their balance may be automatically frozen and made unavailable for withdrawal until the dispute is resolved. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that payout information is accurate, that the receiving account belongs to them, and that they are legally permitted to receive payouts in their jurisdiction. Ragna.gg is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payout details supplied by the seller.

Because products and services on Ragna.gg are digital in nature, all sales may be treated as final except where a refund or other remedy is warranted under our policies, applicable law, or a case decision. Buyer funds are held in escrow until the order is completed under Section 10, and are released to the seller's balance only after the buyer confirms delivery, after the 3-day auto-release window elapses without an open dispute, or after a dispute is resolved in the seller's favor.

Buyers may open a complaint or dispute where, for example:

• an order was not delivered;
• the delivered product or service materially differs from the listing;
• the seller failed to meet stated delivery obligations; or
• there is another valid issue supported by evidence.

Users agree to cooperate in good faith with Ragna.gg during investigations and to provide relevant evidence promptly. Ragna.gg may decide disputes based on available information, platform records, communication history, and any supporting evidence submitted by the parties.

We may issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, reversals, or other resolutions where appropriate. Opening a dispute pauses the auto-release timer and locks the related order chatroom until Ragna.gg resolves the case.

Order chatrooms and their message history may be automatically closed and archived after 20 days from order completion. After closure, parties may no longer be able to exchange new messages in that chatroom, although Ragna.gg may retain records as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through your bank or payment provider for an order that is pending review or capable of being handled through Ragna.gg support, we may suspend your account, pause related orders, withhold balances, or recover associated losses and fees.

Where permitted by law and our payment arrangements, you authorize us to recover amounts owed to us from your available balance, payment method on file, future payouts, or other lawful collection mechanisms.

We may require identity verification, business verification, device verification, address verification, ownership checks, source-of-funds checks, or additional documentation at any time.

Failure to complete requested verification may result in limited functionality, delayed payouts, listing restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.

Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, collecting, and remitting any taxes, duties, levies, or similar government charges arising from their use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it, except where Ragna.gg is legally required to collect or remit such amounts.

Prices shown on Ragna do not include taxes, duties, or government charges unless explicitly stated otherwise on the listing or at checkout. Buyers are solely responsible for any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, customs duty, or similar charge that may apply to their purchase in their country or jurisdiction of residence. Ragna does not currently calculate, collect, or remit such taxes on your behalf. Ragna may update its checkout process in the future to calculate and collect applicable taxes where required by law, and any such change will be reflected on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

All Platform content and technology owned by or licensed to Ragna.gg, including our branding, interfaces, graphics, design, software, text, and marketplace systems, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Platform materials except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Ragna.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, securing, and administering the Platform.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings, transactions, and conduct do not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, platform rules, or game publisher policies.

Ragna.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any game publisher, developer, platform operator, or trademark owner unless expressly stated otherwise.

All game names, company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Platform at any time, including categories, payment methods, withdrawal methods, messaging tools, ranking systems, or regional access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Platform will always meet your expectations or business needs.

We may, with or without notice, suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access to the Platform if:

• you violate these Terms or our policies;
• we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or elevated risk;
• we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or payment processor instruction; or
• your continued access could harm Ragna.gg, other users, or third parties.

We may also remove content, cancel listings, freeze balances, or deny payouts where reasonably necessary.

You may request account closure by contacting support, but unresolved disputes, legal holds, compliance requirements, or outstanding balances may delay full closure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragna.gg disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee:

• the existence, legality, quality, authenticity, safety, or suitability of any listing;
• that any buyer or seller will complete a transaction;
• that any content is accurate or complete; or
• that use of the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragna.gg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction between users.

If Ragna.gg is found liable to you despite the above limitations, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• the fees paid by you to Ragna.gg in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ragna.gg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Platform;
• your listings, products, services, or transactions;
• your content;
• your violation of these Terms or our policies; or
• your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact Ragna.gg at business@ragna.gg and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ragna.gg regarding the Platform.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets.
